WHATSAPP DISCLOSURE TEXT
This disclosure text has been prepared by Trabzonspor Club and its group companies (Trabzonspor Club Association, Trabzonspor Football Management Trade Inc., Trabzonspor Sportive Investment and Football Management Trade Inc., Trabzonspor Bordo Mavi Energy Electricity Production Inc., Bordo Mavi Football Investments Trade Inc., Trabzonspor Telecommunication Consulting and Service Trade Inc.) in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
As Trabzonspor Club, we place great importance on ensuring that all your personal data is processed and stored with the utmost care and in the best possible manner.
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data may be processed, recorded, stored, classified, updated, and, where permitted by legislation and/or limited to the purposes for which they were processed, disclosed/transferred to third parties by Trabzonspor Club within the scope of the purposes explained below, in compliance with legal and ethical principles.
With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data as the Data Controller within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation, as detailed in the Trabzonspor Club Personal Data Processing Policy available on our website www.trabzonspor.org.tr.
Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation, Trabzonspor Sportive Investment and Football Management Trade Inc. in its capacity as the Data Controller, collects the following personal data from individuals for specified purposes:
· Identity Information: Name and surname,
· Contact Information: Phone number,
· Personal data related to requests and complaints.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
· Receiving and initiating necessary procedures for related requests and complaints,
· Collecting suggestions for improving business processes and providing appropriate solutions,
· Ensuring the execution of communication activities.
METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS
Your processed personal data is included in Article 5/1 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK):
· Explicit consent of the data subject,
· Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Based on these legal grounds, Trabzonspor Sportive Investment and Football Management Trade Inc. collects and processes identity and contact information lawfully, in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, in connection with and limited to them, in electronic environments, through automated methods (via WhatsApp) as part of a data recording system.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Trabzonspor carries out the data transfer process in compliance with the provisions regulated by KVKK. Your personal data, for the purposes specified above and within the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, is transferred as follows:
· Since communication is conducted via WhatsApp, your personal data is transferred to WhatsApp’s overseas servers for the purpose of tracking requests and complaints and carrying out communication activities.
STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
If the purpose of data processing ceases to exist and there is no other legal basis or justification for retaining the data, it will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized as stipulated by the law and other applicable regulations.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the purposes and methods specified in the disclosure text and retained in compliance with the Law.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the following rights:
· To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information if it has been processed,

· To object to a result obtained about you through the analysis of the information we have collected via automated systems and to request compensation if you suffer damage.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, titled "Rights of the Data Subject", in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by filling out the KVKK Application Form available at www.trabzonspor.org.tr and sending it in writing to Üniversite Mahallesi A. Suat Özyazıcı Cad. M. Ali Yılmaz Tesisleri No:19E Ortahisar/Trabzon, signed with a secure electronic signature and sent via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) to trabzonsporfutbol@hs03.kep.tr, or via email to kvkk@trabzonspor.org.tr.
If you submit your request to our institution in accordance with the application procedures, we will conclude your request as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
