TRABZONSPOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION DISCLOSURE TEXT
This disclosure text has been prepared by Trabzonspor Club and its group companies (Trabzonspor Club Association, Trabzonspor Football Management Trade Inc., Trabzonspor Sportive Investment and Football Management Trade Inc., Trabzonspor Bordo Mavi Energy Electricity Production Inc., Bordo Mavi Football Investments Trade Inc., Trabzonspor Telecommunication Consulting and Service Trade Inc.) in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
As Trabzonspor Club, we place great importance on ensuring that all your personal data is processed and stored with the utmost care and in the best possible manner.
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data may be processed, recorded, stored, classified, updated, and, where permitted by legislation and/or limited to the purposes for which they were processed, disclosed/transferred to third parties by Trabzonspor Club within the scope of the purposes explained below, in compliance with legal and ethical principles.
With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data as the Data Controller within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation, as detailed in the Trabzonspor Club Personal Data Processing Policy available on our website www.trabzonspor.org.tr.
Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation, Trabzonspor Club, in its capacity as the Data Controller, collects the following personal data for Membership Application purposes:
· Identity Information: Name and surname, Turkish ID number, place and date of birth, signature, nationality, mother's name, father's name, marital status,
· Contact Information: Address, phone number, email,
· Professional Experience Information: Educational background, occupation details,
· Criminal Conviction and Security Measures: Criminal record information,
· Health Information: Health details for individuals with disabilities applying for membership,
· Financial Information: Receipt proving the payment of the membership fee,
· Visual and Audio Information: Photograph,
· Full Member Information: Name and surname, Turkish ID number, signature, and membership number.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
· Carrying out membership application processes,
· Conducting communication activities,
· Providing full member references,
· Ensuring the execution of Trabzonspor Club and its affiliated companies' activities,
· Managing contract processes,
· Carrying out membership registration activities in compliance with regulations,
· Providing information about club events and news,
· Managing financial processes.
METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS
Your processed personal data is based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), including:
· Your explicit consent,
· Explicitly stipulated in laws,
· Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
· Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,
· Processed by Trabzonspor Club and its affiliated companies' institutional departments to fulfill the legal obligations specified in KVKK, based on the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Your personal data is collected through databases and electronic platforms (such as the website, server, and communication channels) where records are kept and processed within the scope of the specified purposes.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data, for the purposes specified above and within the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

· Your personal data is transferred to Trabzonspor Club and its group companies to inform you about the services and activities provided by Trabzonspor Club and its affiliated companies, to ensure the execution of necessary operations, and to customize services based on your needs and preferences. Additionally, your data may be shared with group companies for informational purposes and product promotions.

Trabzonspor Club and its group companies store personal data in accordance with the purpose of processing and in proportion to this purpose. In this context, personal data processed based on your explicit consent and legitimate interests will continue to be processed using the specified methods and for the stated purposes unless you withdraw your explicit consent, and will be retained in compliance with the Law.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You can review the principles adopted by Trabzonspor Club regarding the processing of your personal data as the Data Controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation, as well as the rights of the data subject under Article 11 of the law, in detail in the Personal Data Processing Policy available at www.trabzonspor.org.tr.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, titled "Rights of the Data Subject", in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by filling out the Trabzonspor Sportif Yatırım ve Futbol İşletmeciliği KVKK Application Form and sending it in writing to Üniversite Mahallesi A. Suat Özyazıcı Cad. M. Ali Yılmaz Tesisleri No:19E Ortahisar/Trabzon, via electronic mail to kvkk@trabzonspor.org.tr, or via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) to trabzonsporfutbol@hs03.kep.tr.
Our company will conclude the requests included in the application as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. Responses will be provided to the relevant persons in writing or electronically within the legal timeframes. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
