The years when Trabzonspor, founded on August 2, 1967, through the merger of İdmanocağı, İdmangücü, Karadenizgücü, and Martıspor, aimed to rise from the Second League to the First League and fought towards that goal...
1970's
Our club adopted the policy of “returning to the roots” after the match we refer to as the most beneficial defeat, which led to the beginnings of its “Golden Age.” During this period, the club first made its name in the First League, then at the top of Turkish football and then to the whole world.
1980's
Trabzonspor, continuing to dominate Turkish football in the early 80’s, won a record number of trophies and achievements during its legendary 10-year period. Our club, which began restructuring its squad in the late 80’s, laid the foundations for the 1990s during this period.
1990's
Trabzonspor, which showed up in the European competitions with its incredible squad from the early to the late 1990s and achieved unforgettable victories, remained memorable during this period, for its beautiful football, unforgettable matches, and the trophies it won.
2000's
Although the early years of the new century were challenging, our club, which was fighting for the top spot and winning trophies, laid the foundations of the squad that would win the championship after many years at the end of the period.
2010's
Our club, which started 2010 by winning cups, ended a 27-year drought by winning the Süper Lig championship a year later. Although there was a decline in the post-championship period, the structure established at the end of the season was a sign of new successes.
