Club's administrative and technical units are located in Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Facilities which was built in July 1985 on a 100.400 square metre area. There are 105 administrative and technical employees in function. Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Facilities are composed of the following service and unit departments:

• The main club building (4000 m 2 covered area)
• Administrative Units
• Three 72 x 110 grass pitches
• One 46 x 92 grass pitch
• One 70 x 110 synthetic grass pitch
• Social unit
• 300-person modern kitchen
• A 50-person hostel unit
• Gym
• Relaxation room
• Health center and sauna
• Six dressing rooms
• Four equipment rooms
• An archive room
• A meeting room
• One central heating unit, solar energy system, jacuzzi bath
• 600 m 2 youth department facilities

Sadri Şener Social Facilities which are located in the city centre, is a social club for all club members. They contain:

• Official merchandise store
• Club Museum
• Cafe&Restaurant

Kartal Social Facilities are an Information Office for our club's supporters who reside in Istanbul. They have:

• 500-person Reception room for special celebrations
• 150-person Restaurant&Bar
• 144-person Cevdet Sunay Conference Auditorium
• Tennis courts
• Artificial pitches
• Club shop
