Trabzonspor Club (Trabzonspor Kulübü Dernegi), which is organized as an association has a special company that is responsible for all matters regarding football whose name is Trabzonspor Football Management Inc. (Trabzonspor Futbol Isletmeciligi Ticaret A.S.) All the technical staff and the players are a part of this company.

Trabzonspor Football Management Inc. own two different corporations:

1) Trabzonspor Marketing Inc.

2) Trabzonspor Merchandising Inc.

This company went public in April 2004.
